Abstract
Synergy between the Regional Government (Pemda) and community organizations (Ormas) is a key element in strengthening social resilience, national insight, and regional stability. This community service program aims to analyze and strengthen the collaboration model between the Karawang Regional Government, specifically the National Unity and Politics Agency (Kesbangpol), and two value-based mass organizations, namely the Indonesian Veterans Legion (LVRI) and the Panca Marga Youth (PPM). This activity was motivated by the need to improve the efficiency of national insight development programs, character development for the younger generation, and evaluate the effectiveness of cross-organizational synergy in maintaining Indonesian values. The program was implemented through institutional mentoring, policy dialogue, and the preparation of recommendations for strengthening collaboration. This activity was held at the DPC LVRI Karawang Regency Office on November 27, 2025. The results of the community service program indicate that the Kesbangpol-LVRI-PPM collaboration has been running well, but still faces several challenges such as minimal program integration, budget constraints, a lack of evaluation mechanisms, and less than optimal space for youth participation. Through this community service activity, a more structured synergy model was obtained, including joint program design, strengthening the role of LVRI as a source of historical role models, and increasing the capacity of PPM as an agent of national education. Strengthening this synergy is considered strategic in building the character of the Karawang community to be nationalistic, adaptive, and competitive.
